Thanksgiving Stuffs

We have so much to be thankful for. Every day. I am loving this November challenge and feel like it is going to stick with me through December…and who knows, maybe longer! I am so thankful for all of your continued support and love.

– Check out the website for new Autumn Recipes, some delicious new opportunities for your Thanksgiving feast!

– Community Yoga in Cornelius is accepting donations of high quality non-perishable foods for Thanksgiving meals for Loaves and Fishes this year.

– Many studios are having a “Burn off the Turkey” Yoga practice the day after we over-indulge, so check schedules and mark your calendar! You will feel so much better about that leftover pie that you will continue to devour. 🙂
